The Candid Frame #9 - Tara Whitney

Tara Whitney is a talented photographer who specializes in intimate family portraits. Her talent for making her subjects comfortable as well as her vibrant photographic style produces photographs that move beyond the cliches of the genre.

Another unique aspect of her photographic career is that her clients and admirers have come as a result of a her personal blog. She uses this not only as a showcase for her images, but for sharing a sense of her and her work, a quality not commonly found in more "professional" and "high concept" websites.

Tara Whitney recommends the work of Barb Uil.
